Terms and Conditions

RULES, TERMS AND POLICY:

  • Download the Megasports Progressive app from the Play Store. Android or iPhone.
  • Users are allowed one subscription per month per phone number. We use Geocomply to assure all users are within legal state boundaries and can track those who abuse the integrity of play. Those abusing this policy will be disqualified from playing and any monies that may have been won.
  • Fill out the one-month subscription form, starting at $20, and pay to play for 30 days from the time of payment.
  • Every day select one of three levels of play. When entering the GOLD level for the top progressive, weekly and monthly prizes, you receive one entry that day. If you select the SILVER tier, you play for the middle progressive, weekly and monthly prizes and receive two entries that day. If you select the BRONZE tier, you play for the last progressive, weekly and monthly prizes.
  • Users may play any level, any day, and are not restricted to any one level over the course of their subscriptions. Chances of winning weekly and monthly prizes may require to utilize one particular level for the weekly and monthly period, but that is up to the users discretion how they want to play from day-to-day.
  • All monthly standings start on the first of the month and extend to however long the month lasts. All weekly standings start on Monday and end on Sunday.
  • Users will be presented with 12 sports fantasy style propositions and build their roster of answers on a daily basis. Each day, the number of correct answers is added to your current weekly and monthly standings.
  • In the event of a canceled or suspended game which includes the player in which the proposition is catered to, we will mark both answers as correct.
  • If a user selects all 12 proposition winning answers on a given day, they receive the current progressive jackpot for that tier level, GOLD, SILVER OR BRONZE for the amount of the progressive before the day started which will be posted before you begin play and on the www.megasportspro.com website.
  • There are no restrictions at this time of how many times a user can win a weekly or monthly prize.
  • Whoever receives the most correct answers during the week, will receive the weekly prize for that tier. If there are ties for first place, winners will divide the weekly prize in equal amounts.
  • ALL PAYOUTS IN MEGASPORTS PROGRESSIVE ARE AGGREGATE. THAT INCLUDES THE PROGRESSIVE JACKPOTS, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PRIZES.

If there is a clear-cut winner for first and second place with multiple winners at third place, the third place finishers will divide the third place money equally.

If there are clear cut standings of three unique users finishing in first, second and third place, we will use the payout schedule listed above.

If, for example, three users were tied for first place, all three will divide the total monthly prize money equally. And since three winners were paid, those falling after the three winners, do not qualify for prize money. If there are four or more first place monthly winners tied, all four will divide the total monthly prize, those following do not qualify.

If there is a clear-cut winner with several users tied for second place, the second place finishers will divide second and third place prize money equally. Those falling below do not qualify.

Miscellaneous

a. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

b. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

c. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
